According to NPR a professor at Evergreen State College in Washington has recently determined that there are about 61 trees per person on our planet. I can't decide how I feel about this number. In one sense the thought of having that many trees to myself seems huge but then when I consider the endless amount of tree based products that we use it maybe doesn't seem like so much...
