We got a few things to go from the PCC deli and Flying Apron Bakery. It ended up being a phenomenal last minute dinner.
Vegetarian Pot Pie, Pesto Pasta Salad, and Roasted Beet Salad with greens, pecans and cranberries.
Healthy local vegetarian food for half the price of going out for a sit down down dinner. If PCC and Flying Apron were closer I may never cook. Luckily I only get over to Fremont about once every two weeks.
