I have made a few trips to West Seattle's Bakery Nouveau in the last year and I decided on my last visit that it was about time I post some of the pictures I have taken of their incredible French food. My favorite dessert here are their delicate and perfect Macaroons. This picture is the salted caramel and strawberry chocolate.
They also make incredible cookies. I love the good ol' chocolate chip.
As for savory, you can't go wrong with a pressed sandwich... when they have them. They don't always make them and when they do these sandwiches go quick. The tomatoes in this one were so incredibly flavorful. They made the sandwich.
The hardest part is choosing. But don't worry, you can't go wrong with any of these lovelies.
