Ti Nguyen

I was cleaning up my computer and I found this outtake from the photos I took of Ti last year. Her coat looks so pretty all wrapped up. Plus, the cat tote... too good.

My phone got in a fight with some water and it lost. Good bye phone and everything that was on it. I keep track of the names of the people I photograph in a text thread to myself on my phone so the last 10-20 people I photograph will unfortunately go nameless when I feature them on here. Feel free to email me if you come across your photo or the photo of someone you know. I'd love to add their name to the post.

Designer Rachel Ravitch | Hedreen Gallery

I ran into Seattle jewelry designer Rachel Ravitch recently when I was checking out the New Beach exhibit at Seattle University ’s Hedreen Gallery. Rachel has such beautiful timeless style and a true eye for the unique, which really shows in the jewelry that she designs. She creates hand sewn leather and cloth jewelry that is sold online and at several Seattle boutiques as well as through Urban Outfitters. Some of the designs feature her signature knots, others have a cascade of horse hair or pieces of shearling added. The designs she produces are really special. I love my knot necklace so much.
