We stopped in at Bleu Bistro on Broadway in Capitol Hill the other day when their sandwich board caught our attention. Wed-Sun you can get any of their amazing sandwiches for only $4.99 from 11:00 am-3:00 pm. We ordered the portobello sandwich which came with a seriously impressive salad. The sandwich had a giant portobello grilled on delicious focaccia bread and came with fresh veggie toppings, peach puree, and aioli spread. It was so much food for $4.99! The owners of Bleu are the same geniuses that have blessed Seattle with The Buck and Chez Gaudy. I don't know if I will ever be able to decide which one of the three is my favorite...
