The most recent creation by the Mr is Chilean French Toast. This made for a monumentally delicious weekend brunch at home.
The filling was a mix a spices, cream cheese, lots of sugar, strawberries and mango marmalade. I would have to work out a whole lot more than I do if Don didn't travel for work Monday-Friday...
