I bought an Apricot Thumbprint from Flying Apron recently that was so delicious. It reminded me that Christi of Flora+Domus posted a while back about making them at home so I picked up all the necessary fixins and gave the recipe a try this morning. They were so easy and came out just like the original. You can find the recipe here or if you are like me and love everything that you eat from Flying Apron then they have a cookbook available. Now that I've made these I'm all excited to get a copy of the cookbook so that I can make more Flying Apron goodies at home.
(Oh, and for those of you with wheat sensitivity these are gluten free in addition to being vegan)
