I stopped in Flying Apron while shopping in Fremont this afternoon. Every day they have a couple of gorgeous vegan salads to chose from. They are always amazing but today I tried the Spicy Quinoa and Roasted Vegetable salad. It has leeks, eggplant, sundried tomatoes, orange heirloom tomatoes, and large whole cloves of garlic. Although I love my trips to Fremont I sure do wish I could transport Flying Apron to Capitol Hill.
