It's Symmetrical

The tables have turned...
I was featured on photographer Chloe Scheffe's blog It's Symmetrical this week. What an honor. She is a very talented photographer and graphic designer here in Seattle. Ever since we met on this day I have been following her blog and really enjoying it. She posts about design projects that works on and self portraits of the well styled outfits that she comes up with.

You'll be seeing Chloe soon on It's My Darlin'. She recently modeled for a photo shoot that I did for JBrand Jeans. More on this project later...

Woohoo! Lookin' good Dana! I used to wear my Dad's jeans too. Now he buys them at Costco and it's just not happenin'.

btw Postal strike in Canada! Talk about really slowing down the mail.

Yeah, my parents still have a few covetable things I wear whenever I go home. I guess that is why I have such a hard time letting go of items that I love. I figure that I still want to wear things they wore 40 years ago, maybe the same will happen with my clothes...

MAIL STRIKE! oh no! I hope they get what they want quick and letter writing can go back to its normal slow way.

You are so adorable! I love the mens wear inspired look, and it's great to see the other side of the camera. I've been following It's My Darlin' forever, making sure to dip back into the archive. My boyfriend and I are leaving for Seattle in less than a week and we are thrilled! Your blog has been a huge inspiration for me in getting to know our city before we make the cross country trek. From my humble roots in Florida, where the family business is thrift stores and my passion is art, photography, and vintage stores- I know Seattle is the place for us!

Thanks for everything. Keep up the great work.

Well Geez Maegan! What a sweet comment! That means a lot. I'm so glad you have been enjoying the blog.

You two are going to love it here. Seattle was the best move my husband and I ever made. We love it here. Especially with your interests! The thrifting/vintage shopping and art scene here is hard to beat. I'm so excited for you guys! What's bringing you up here?

Keep in touch and have fun on your trip here!
