I was equally shocked when I moved here 3 years ago Jessica. There is a very unique and edgy, yet comfortable, way of dressing here. The city is filled with steep hills and the weather is incredibly unpredictable so people here figure out ways to make comfortable weather proof and sometimes rugged footwear and apparel look amazing.

It was such perfect lighting too! Grey skies. I really liked that her dress was just a tad shorter than her coat. Great proportions.
